The hotel offers incredible views and a fantastic location, with a great variety of dining options. The rooms may need some renovation, but the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay special.

The room was spacious, but we found the lighting setup a bit inconvenient, and the duvet was too small for the bed. The maid service and mini bar were subpar. Receiving a sea or pool view room came at an extra cost, which was a bit disappointing considering the holiday expenses already incurred.

The service, especially from Ugur Kuslu, the Chief of all 9 restaurants, was exceptional and made our holiday extra special. However, there was a delay in addressing an issue with a long wait time, though staff were proactive in offering drinks and assistance.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, although the lighting setup was a bit tricky, and the duvet could have been larger.
